Thanks for taking the time to give us feedback, and thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We work hard to create an equitable environment for all our employees and provide everyone with the same opportunity to succeed and grow. It would be impactful for us to know if you raised this concern either with your manager or through one of our internal escalation pathways? Discrimination is completely against our values and is entirely unwelcome at Uno. It’s our policy and practice to always conduct a full investigation whenever an accusation of discriminatory behavior is made, with a zero tolerance policy for retaliation. In cases where an accusation is substantiated, we impose consequences, up to and including termination. Though we still have room to grow, we take pride in the fact that we have hired and promoted many individual contributors and managers from underrepresented backgrounds, and have recently enacted a set of inclusive hiring standards for all open roles designed to identify and remove opportunities for bias in the hiring process. Up next, we are currently working on developing specific targets around the diversity of our candidate pools as well as the diversity of those we hire into individual contributor and management roles.
