I like working here! The job is varied and interesting. There are tons of opportunities to learn new things and you have a lot of autonomy. Coworkers are smart, fun people with interesting business backgrounds. Colleagues want to help you. You have a lot of opportunities to grow professionally. The company’s culture is how they say it is instead of hypocritical like it can be in so many workplaces. The work hours are flexible. Reasonable work life balance. Flat hierarchy in office lets you easily communicate with Business/Engineering team including the CEO. Most importantly everyone's opinions are valued. Also, free team lunch on Mondays and every Friday evening after work we have board games night! :)

If you need a lot of organization and rules, someone to hold your hand and tell you exactly what you need to do and when and how then this probably isn't the best fit for you. You can, however, create your own systems. Personally, I like it that way.
