      Fellow employees are great. Pay is good.

      Cons

      Expected to work 24/7, even though they promote good work/home balance. They keep buying companies, but don't fix the internal issues. Very little communication between upper mgt and employees.

      Great remote first mentality. Great supportive people. True common sense, unlimited PTO. Good culture.

      Salary & Benefits are likely lower than at other companies for similar roles.

      Pros

      Remote work. Colleagues are good people who mean well.

      Cons

      Lack of strategy at the leadership level. Insufficient investment in innovation, products, teams, and individuals. Well below market rates for similar roles, and people turn over like crazy here because they're way overworked. The benefits don't make up for it either.
