Pros

A good overall work environment, got to learn alot and had quite a bit of responsibilities. The cafteria has the best food ever.

Cons

Long and tedious work hours, timely reports and reviews, very small office space and not many windows for the amount of people that work there.

+ offene Unternehmenskultur + gutes Gehalt + flexible Arbeitszeit + kreatives Umfeld + viel was man dazulernen kann + sehr gute Arbeitsbedingung und technische Ausstattung + sehr schöne Büros in toller Lager

Cons

- Personalführung zum Teil schwach - Weiterbildung auf Eigeninitiative und wird vernachlässigt - Ab und zu Probleme bei der Verständigung
