      Great Studio with real film makers and expert screenwriters Free snacks and a frig full of beer Great office and location Fun people to work with

      O&O Media platforms are not priority and unfortunately, that is what will keep the lights on No marketing support that can think beyond video and social extensions No consistent leadership Unrealistic expectations for growth in a dynamic ad market

      Interesting projects and talented team members.

      Cons

      Onboarding was separated between multiple departments all of whom were inaccessible due to over booked calendars. When only booked for a short period for a specific project, there simply is not enough time to get access to do your job.
