Pros
1 or 2 amazing trainers.
Cons
Terrible processes. No understanding that the needs of students across different faculties are different. Decisions are made higher up, by people who are out of touch and are just worried about profits. Middle management has no backbone. They just want to please the higher ups, which is understandable when you're stuck in a management job I guess. Manager constantly says things like "got your back", when they actually don't. Asked for a pay rise after one year. Got made redundant weeks later. Favouritism towards trainers that simply are not qualified to teach certain courses. Got example, one trainer, after years of being employed, still does not understand how use the learning platform to mark assessments correctly.
