The role itself provided good experience, but the management style and overall team environment were not the right fit for me. Leadership lacked clear communication, support, and strong people management skills, which at times created an uncomfortable and unsupportive environment. I’ve worked under several great leaders in recruiting coordination before, so the difference was very noticeable. Overall, the culture on the team felt disconnected and poorly managed.
