This was once a great company to work for but has lost its direction in the endless pursuit of growth. The two most common complaints from current and former associates are low pay and poor management and most of the company's problems stem from these two issues. The company publicly espouses values such as diversity and inclusion while knowingly shielding racist, homophobic, misogynistic, and transphobic associates across the company - particularly amongst the senior leadership team. The pay is inadequate by most standards even for new graduates. Raises are "performance-based" and generally capped at 3% per year. Poor work-life balance; expect to work occasional nights, weekends, and sometimes even while taking approved PTO. The benefits package is tepid to weak compared with most other companies.
