People are generally nice Office is in a good location near Caltrain Good lunch benefit to go out and eat with coworkers Good work/life balance Lots of free drinks and snacks Lots of potential to grow into something big ..,but there is work to do on the cons
Cons
There are a large group of "legacy" staffers who are ineffective They've unsuccessfully tried to shuffle some people around but keeping ineffective team members has hurt morale Pay is not competitive Most people work remote which makes coordination hard Benefits are not competitive even post acquisition There are cliques. and i you aren't part of them, you'll likely feel like an outsider Not a very inclusive environment Senior management is more concerned about their own jobs than their team member growth
