Did not prioritize employee safety, much more focused on hitting production goals. Literally dozens of OSHA violations. Constructive criticism and rationality are ignored in favor of unrealistic production goals which CEO and other high-level management have conned investors into believing are achievable Political atmosphere in the office the same vibe as Biden administration: lots of lip to progressive ideas with no intention of following through
