      This is a wonderfully diverse architectural practice. It's also one of the very few who create places that support the most vulnerable in our society. I'm quite proud and privileged to have worked with UAI. Great management, great colleagues, and lasting friendships.

      Pros

      -friendly people, good learning environment -projects are really meaningful and depending on which ones you're one, you have the opportunity to go to major networking events -principals are open to ideas and problems -very diverse firm

      Cons

      -some teams can be disorganized -typical for small/medium firms, sometimes problems with understaffing for project demands
