A lot to learn if you are a fresher specially from program aspect you will be given opportunities for field visits, documentation and opportunity to interact with authorities and strategise.
Cons
No HR, hence no policies for the benefit of employees. Everything works on the basis of your relationship with your manager or organisation heads. If you are in the role of a support function, you are highly unlikely to get constructive feedback. Again, you can be discriminated based on your role because of lack of proper policies.
