As with every small start up you get good experience in all areas of the business while being a large contributor to its successes. Great experience and satisfaction growing the business and bringing a product range to market.
Cons
Business success is limited to leaderships inexperience in the design and manufacture industry. This together with a lack of a business strategy results in a roller coaster ride with unnecessary stressful deadlines and distractions from the critical path. 'Pulled left and right' unable to focus on specific career development. Leadership panicking creates undesirable environment where productivity and respect drops. AV industry is chaotic.
