Pros
Innovative product, which can provide a real benefit to customers. Potential for real growth in the market. Most people at the company were good people, and largely there's a good work life balance; people regularly go home on time.
Cons
Chaotic leadership approach; easily distracted from strategy, forgetful and often deeply unprofessional. Projects and priorities change on a daily basis, with many ventures driven by ego and emotion. Ultimately, this company is trying to do too many things, rather than focusing on what it can deliver best. Urben often creates a rod for its own back by overcommitting to customers, even when not under pressure. Aside from the emotional and wildly inconsistent management, employee benefits are also statutory minimum across the board (including qualifying earnings only on pensions). They are willing to make promises to get people through the door, but when reminded of them later, make excuses or label them "a miscommunication".
