Pros
Management is experienced, high achieving, willing to teach and commend mistakes when lessons are learned. Was told by a member of management "when you leave here, we want you to know XYZ", which demonstrates a type of foresight and humility that is commendable.
Founders have had large exits themselves and are poising the company to scale. Combined experience and reputations of management allow for high end partnerships which means you're working on projects with impact.
Colleagues are awesome and culture is being built, which is tough given there are many time zones and all are remote.
Cons
Things move quickly, this is a classic startup and sometimes communication is skewed and info is silo'ed. Department heads are at least experienced enough to recognize this and implement new processes but it takes time to be picked up.
There are a lot of strong personalities so it can be a minefield, and some culture clashes are evident.
Quick time pressures occur which can be difficult to predict, especially with small staff and partners who demand results. But management are good with managing expectations.
