I have to say that the management team was very friendly from day one. Sometimes - especially for newbies - challenging situations with rather demanding guests were handled by supervisors and managers in a very professional way.

Getting used to working the grave yard shift from 11pm to 7am while also being the main caregiver to a child during the day was very challenging and in the end the main reason for resigning from this job.
