      Pros

      Great leadership. The company really cares about their employees and has a great work-life balance. The leadership at URI are incredibly personable, friendly, and supportive. The health benefits are excellent.

      Cons

      Lagging pay due to industry. They heavily rely on big-tech for business, so during the tech slowdowns in the past year, URI has struggled. I can see them struggling to keep talent because of this.
