Pros
Office had good amenities and team activities such as healthy snacks, running club, football matches, etc.
Cons
From the interview, staff was misleading about the actual day-to-day tasks, and I found my job very different than the description. There is little interaction between different teams, leading to unnecessary and sloppy work outputs. Management refuses to prioritize training, and encourages a culture of fast turnover of projects, regardless of how poor the work quality is. The sales team had no issues outright lying to customers, and the output of the surveys would not stand up to any due diligence by a real researcher. There is also a "workaholic" culture, but no actual motivation to put in the extra hours that are required to complete daily tasks. There is an extremely high turnover of employees due to the above reasons and more, which should be a bright red warning flag to anyone considering working here.
