      You can get away with not working at all if you’re an admin employee. Many people don’t do anything and get promotions within, collect benefits, and do nothing and get paid to do nothing.

      No one does anything in the administration side.

      Pros

      Good benefits and lots of advancement opportunities. The people are great to work with as well. I enjoy the goals and objectives of the company to provide public transit.

      Cons

      The same as most jobs, but nothing worth mentioning specifically.

      Management is mostly fair. Standard bus driving job. Good training with free CDL class B. Paid during training.

      Cons

      Salt Lake COL is expensive. Pay does not match cost of living.
