New President with a more focused vision on growing the business. Solid leadership within the company. New opportunities secured with opportunity for employment and growth within the company. Promote from within. Cross training within the company to cover vacation or time off requests with little down time upon return as well as fitting people jobs with to their strengths. Ability to work remotely. Open door policy between management and associates.

Benefits are lacking. A few growing pains from moving from small company to a major competitor.
