Pros

Men in the field are amazing good men with values that are taken advantage of due to 100% of workforce 1099 and from other countries. Never take days off due to worries of being sent out of the states .

Cons

Executive level Russian east Europe who hire American managers with average pay, no Benefits at all or retimemt only promises on incentive bonuses in which there is no process budget in place to support the incentive lies. There is no policy and procedures handbook for safety rules or guidelines. Was terminated for using a fuel card that was assigned for my personal truck for Midwest Chicago market in which I was asked to relocate and recieved No assistance financially from U1 to relocate. Midwest west work never materialized so I managed CA market from home. They speak of values as a model as they held my last three checks and PTO until I returned all company equipment was returned in which I did within one week. It’s been 15 days and I’ve yet to receive pay or th decency of responding to my emails, phone calls texts to vice president CEOs and directors regarding my final pay that affects more than just myself my family. They discriminate against the American management and only compensate and take care of their people.

Pros

Pay USED to be good. Remote work. That’s it.

Cons

Leadership is a revolving door with the next “savior” always sinking the ship further. An absolute joke of engineering department where the strongest assets are offshore (go figure). Promise promotions but can’t sustain them, constant restructuring with no process development. You will do the work of 10 different people because they squeeze you for every last drop. Constant fear for your job too!
