Atmosphere was 2nd to none. Great people to work with, great environment to work in, trusted to crack on without being micromanaged.
Cons
Few people hit targets which were set, experience tenured staff were struggling most of the time, data was a quantity rather than quality and was still expecting big numbers to be delivered.
