      Pros

      Nice offices good location and parking

      Cons

      Poor management Poor training. Lack of empathy when family member became terminally ill. Poor commission structure. Call time logs and call tracking. etc we are adults not kids little bit of trust goes along way. Management make you skape goats for their own mistakes Poor IT systems. Lack of investment constant requests for a linked in recruiter licence fell on death ears. Often get stuck in the middle when senior management disagree with each other. Unwilling to listen to new ideas and suggestions very much our way or the highway approach

      Pros

      A hard working and friendly environment, always a smile on someones face due to the atmosphere here. Having never come from the industry before, they took me on as a Resourcer and the training has been great and I'm enjoying every moment here.

      Cons

      Share some of the downsides of working for Utility People? I'm yet to experience this here, only have positive things to say! :)

      Pros

      Utility People is a fantastic company to work for. All members of staff share the same professional values and goals, meaning the motivation in achieving company and personal objectives is met with enthusiasm and pride. Senior management are brilliant in all aspects, heavily focussing on training, regular meetings, appraisals and rewards, to ensure their staff are the best they can be.

      I can't think of any cons to working for Utility People!
