      Pros

      Great people to work with. Growth opportunities are phenomenal and the organization supports you educational goals by paying your tuition and placing you in a position after graduation.

      Cons

      No Overtime unless you are a bedside staff nurse. The staff nurses are often times floated to areas other than their assigned units.
