Pros
Friendly atmosphere, kind people standards. Decent CEO. Nice people at heart.
Cons
Company lacked vision, direction, leadership, tenacity, all completely lacking. Easy decisions took forever to make. Excellent education level but no ability to translate high education into practical products. The products that were made didn't work and they were lost about what to do about it.
