We are trained to follow an exhausting amount of procedures ( that sometimes are not completely clear) and if you suggest something different, you suggestions are clearly not welcome. If you try to find a justification for the reason if something is like that the answer is “because we always done this way.” The superiores do not trust your work, and it’s an everyday routine of validation after validation. The supervisores have a great load of work and can’t deal with all the data sent for validation, which creates a terrible lack of organisation. There is a bad environment at the office and the new employees do not feel welcome. The staff turnover is very high and the company is loosing money everyday.
