Don't Join such Org. Many reason like . 1. Don't have SAP Hybris Project but they hire & wait for project after 1 month fire without notice & salary. 2. once you join then you realize -- big mistake of your life.
Cons
Please don't join & refer your friends for such Organization. 1. No medical claim, Bad Management. 2. Bad Leave Policy 3. 6-days working. 4. family organization - no value for employee working there. 5. you will trouble on exit policy. 6. In lack down they fire many of its employee without salary.
