Good benefits horrible work life balance - Senior Medical Technologist VCU Health Employee Review

Horrible work life balance. Do not have a baby and work here. There is no support for sick children even though they claim to have that “benefit”. You try to use the benefit and they still have no availability to watch your child. They will count your absences (even leaving early counts as one) and threaten to fire you even though you’ve provided doctors notes. There is no place to really move up unless some one leaves. No career ladder to climb.
