Pros

There are honestly no Pros.

Cons

The CEO of the company is not a nice person. He loves commanding people and pretends from the team to make tea for him as soon he arrives in the office. If he walks in the office and the tea is not behind him, he will start making calls from his room asking for a specific person to make it. Like where is your humility? If someone works for your company it does not mean that you have everyone at your service. He is VERY rude and VERY fake. Money is the main thing. I seriously did not enjoy the days working there. He fires people as he likes. Company is also making some not so right things about adjusting daily figures to make it look good. I really recommend to not to work for them. Sales team, nice people but they are so scared of the CEO. Technical team is rude very rude, people don't say hi to you or anything. Finance team are desperate, always complaining and unhappy of the job. I am surprised how this company still gets people working for them.

Pros

World Class/industry leading and well respected brand/company Varied and prestigious clientele across all sectors and UK/Export Company promotes heavily from within - promotion culture/pay reviews and recognition of hard work is frequent and excellent Teamwork culture is one of the company’s strongest assets. Colleagues support one another, communicate openly, and collaborate effectively to achieve shared goals. Regular social/reward night culture Working atmosphere is positive, inclusive, and respectful but still engaging and lively Clear achievable mutually set targets with uncapped commission

Cons

Should be a bigger company than what it currently is.

Pros

Very diverse, friendly environment full of people supporting each other. I've felt valued since the moment I joined. I've enjoyed learning about the AV industry, and the techy side of things has helped me knowledgably communicate with clients.

Cons

Hours are 9-6, and could definitely be 9-5 for an enhanced work/life balance
