Easy work if you have no life ambitions and don't care about growing
Cons
Cheap, below average pay, broken chairs, non functional work spaces, have to stand when having lunch because there's less than 10 chairs in the canteen. Sometimes you have to skip lunch because they have meetings in the canteen. Noisy office. Lots of finger pointing and nobody takes responsibility or initiative. Initiative gets penalized.
