Pros

Amazing work environment and supportive culture. The hiring process was smooth, and HR has remained incredibly helpful even after onboarding. The People team, especially the department head, consistently checks in and is always approachable and open to concerns. VEED also fosters strong team connections through casual hangouts and regular check-ins. My team is highly skilled, collaborative, and genuinely supportive. My manager has been an exceptional mentor, being patient, knowledgeable, and truly deserving of his role. Despite being a diverse, global company, respect and clear communication are always present. Even executives are approachable and transparent about the company’s direction. Easily the best company I’ve worked for so far!

Cons

So far, none. I haven’t encountered any issues during my time here, and with how well-structured and streamlined the current systems are, I don’t anticipate major concerns moving forward. Any challenges that come up are usually addressed quickly and openly by the whole team.

Pros

I would love to stay with this company til I retire! I could go on about the pros for working for VEED, but I'll stick to my personal favorites: - fully remote work environment (and a very FUN environment at that) - engaged and motivated teams working towards a common goal - open communication lines with upper management - lots of opportunities for professional growth

Cons

- VEED is growing rapidly which means some growing pains appear as teams get bigger, but as these pains are addressed they are often quickly resolved

Terrible egotistic management. There is no support for your career growth. Not to mention the product is TERRIBLE. It is incredibly buggy and will delete projects you spend hours on. Account support is lazy and does not help. They advertise functions that do not do what they promise. They will not make you aware of how poor the tool functions ahead of joining the team. They are incredibly shady when it comes to billing. They will mislead customers with pricing and reoccurring payments. They also mislead customers into thinking they are buying a feature when it does not do what they promise. All they do is talk about how great they are but their engineers are a mess and have not successfully improved the product. They care more about rolling out an unfinished feature than spending time on making it a high quality tool. They struggle to receive another round of funding because the tool is a big rip off of other better tools -- ie. capcut and adobe FINALLY I CANNOT STRESS HOW TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT IS. DO NOT WORK HERE. Reviews on glassdoor are misleading!
