      Pros

      The pay is fair for the tasks you're asked to complete in a day of work. The benefits are fantastic compared to most companies in the area, with low cost medical, dental and vision. Work is mostly common sense and easy to complete.

      Cons

      Alternating 12-hour shifts in a 2-2-3 styled schedule destroys any consistency. No Union allows favoritism and in turn different pay rates for the same amount of work. Suggestions and opinions are not taken seriously and usually disregarded.
