I learned a lot in my time at VELOX. There’s no denying they know what they’re doing, and their reputation on this site is what initially got me to apply. It wasn’t the best experience at the end, but it was a valuable experience that I’ve taken with me elsewhere.

Favoritism is a huge part of VELOX and it definitely showed in upper management. Certain people could do no wrong, while others were harassed or micromanaged to the point of absurdity. There were a lot of talented people that came through the agency during time there and their story was always the same leaving: “Things changed, and I didn’t like it.” I’m sure it’s changed more since, but it wasn’t the best experience after giving so much of my time and effort there.
