The leadership team at VELOX is open to everyone's ideas and they encourage everyone to contribute to the growth and success of the company. When anyone sees an area of improvement, it's acknowledged as important even if the solution is complicated, it's given true consideration on how can it be fixed. We have benefits that rival fortune 100 companies and the CEO is always looking for ways to take better care of his people. This is the best team of people I have worked with in my career and I enjoy coming to work everyday
