      Pay, benefits. Most of the co-workers.

      Cons

      Unstable, irrational, and chaotic organization in the office. Was recruited by them, took a job and found myself out of one in two months. Beware of taking work from them, they will shut down entire projects at a whim.

      The internal team of people is excellent to work with. We work with exceptional customers in the industry. Fast paced environment where you're unlikely to be doing the same thing every day.

      Flexible work environment that is family-focused. Great people to work with!

      Cons

      Recent merger and acquisition make it a bit rocky at times but definitely heading in the right direction. Nothing happened that isn't typical with a merge, just takes time.
