Can end work on time

They claim they have incentive for you but it is all BS, they only give you peanuts. Super political environment. They blame you for manpower shortage and do not let you take leave, they question your intergrity of your MC when you are really sick. They promote only their own people, hire their own people. They treat you like dogs. For contract stuff, they dun even bother to follow up. Constant late salary. Even when i am writing this comment, there will be a automated reply saying that please report to the communications email of VFS, which is just utter BS. Promotion is seriously non existent. They say is once every 5 years but it is all show. Also please, nobody wants to join such a practically mentally torturing Company. Utter BS.

the team are well versed with the work undertaken.

Cons

if you cannot speak hindi then you will not excel in this company, the company has hired south Asians only, most of the higher managers are on H1B visas, very much toxic work environment where the managers are expected to work on weekends and holidays.
