Vinci is a great company to work for, they allow you to manage your team and project, Training is brilliant and will help develop you no matter what the cost is. They is some great experience around you and love the digital future for Vinci
Cons
Some of the benefits need look at and help improve VINCI staff to use public transport. Public transport needs to improve as 5k for a season ticket to stand up is terrible. so car is still the best option.
