      Pros

      Big company that cares a lot about it's people, doesn't just sack people when under performing and actually tries to develop employees to raise them to a higher standard.

      Cons

      Pay is average, Christmas bonus was £200 in 2023 and didn't even receive that in 2025. Barely any social events, xmas party was underfunded also.

      Good Learning Experience in an international organization Decent Payments comparing with market salaries

      Cons

      working on sites at Vinci projects requires a long daily hours that negatively reflects all your other activities during the day if company didn't provide with house near to working area
