      Pros

      Remote work is great for me, some project I’m travelling to site but it balances well. Good holidays, salary and exposure to different industries/ cultures. It’s the type of workplace you must take responsibility for your own pace of learning and career progression. Fully supported but don’t sit back would be my advice. Good opportunities.

      None I can think of tbh - if there were if NOT be working here !

      There's no pros I can find about this company

      Cons

      So many fundamental things are not present with this company. Constant poor communication, middle managers are lap dogs to senior management who rule with fear. Always talking about mood and how it's a choice, many misogynistic talk internally and guaranteed bad mouthing of the clients. An embarrassment of a company. Pleas avoid working with.
