      The team of people I worked with were really nice

      Cons

      I was laid off during probation, I didn’t get the chance to work on one project which was part of my review, I kept asking for more work everytime so I can be up to speed and I also configured some work for demo purposes while on probation. I was always asking questions in the channel but maybe I was asking too much not sure but the shock came as they said I wasn’t enthusiastic enough although I was always proactive looking for work, even did a project checklist to help the team - I feel like I tried to prove myself for no reason maybe they didn’t like me not sure

      Pros

      Vision33 offers a very collaborative atmosphere where expertise is valued. As a Delivery Manager, I appreciate the structured methodologies and the caliber of the ERP projects we handle. The leadership team is approachable, and there are genuine opportunities for career advancement if you show initiative. Friendly atmosphere, transparency all around, a great place to be in!

      Cons

      The workload can be quite heavy during peak project delivery phases, which sometimes impacts work-life balance, which is part of the IT industry and fine.
