      Started out amazing. Great colleagues with diverse backgrounds, interesting content to caption, easy to commute to, paid Ubers for nightshift staff, schedule flexibility, decent pay.

      Cons

      Little to no advancement within company, worsening work conditions (captioning upwards of 7 hours entirely alone), unnecessary updates to system that complicated things, indifferent upper management.
