VIVO has always been guided by purpose. But the way the agency is run has changed dramatically. Great talent, smooth processes, clear vision. People are supported and respected and positioned to do care-changing work. For a while, it had a startup vibe. Today, it feels like a mature agency. I expect to see it on top of industry lists in the not-too-distant future.

In its current state, VIVO lacks the resources and opportunities of a large agency.
