      Pros

      I love the flexibility of this position. You can grade the assignments on your time as long as it is within the 72 hours grading policy. If you able to choose the amount of work given to you. If you have any questions at anytime they are answered in a timely manner. If you ever feel overwhelmed with the workload you will be able to have assistance at anytime to help you get through the work. Great supplemental work for certified teachers!

      Cons

      1099 contract work. Thought this is a great supplement for online teachers!
