This was a great place to work until they got rid of a highly respected manager and replaced them with someone who is on a power trip. - arrogant, vindictive, hypocritical, unsupportive managers - no career progression - different rules for different people - promote people to team leaders who don't have any people skills - got rid of the entire team in Melbourne to employ cheap labour overseas. The new staff have no idea what they're doing. I don't think this business will be in operation much longer. New management are making decisions that are slowly destroying the business.
