Pros
Taught me resilience, but that’s that
Cons
Where do I even begin. You’ll get interviewed and to anyone reading this, you will get the job. Don’t let their FOR (fear of loss) tactics scare you. This has to be the most toxic environment I’ve ever experienced. From being yelled at in front of people, to begin physically harmed by a partner company’s CEO (Paul Gillet who now has apparently found god and apologised to anyone who’s worked with him in the past 8 years), to being made to buy drinks, clothes, train tickets etc to the people you were training. I was promoted to train people as I was one of the leaders in field sales. In my best week I’d get 700, worst nothing but mostly 300 or so. But that becomes nothing when you get forced to buy all your “work trip” train tickets, food on field and then the compulsory team building night (every night) at some over priced London pub. I was told I need to buy the 3 people I was training beers because it shows leadership. And it I didn’t, you get bullied and told how you won’t make it or that you need to make more money to do it. Long story short, this isn’t a digital marketing job, it’s not a career, it’s not an opportunity. It’s a pyramid scheme where you have the chance to get to the top by manipulating, bullying and by selling your soul. If you have any sense of selfs worth, stay away. Because it would be torn from you within a month. Last thing, how pathetic are these paid 5 star reviews 😭😂
