I was let go after 6 days of joining on the account of being rude to my subordinates. I was also told that I was too fast and
I tried to run reports when I was to shadow. The joke is that I hardly had any conversation with anyone in my team, I was travelling at their Fontana location for a week in 7 days of job. I have been working in my profile for 15 years and know how to talk to colleagues, specially in first month. They just made up an made up excuse because I saw breach in how they force overtime on employees, break one day in seven act and do not give any break to Illinois employees in 7 days of continuous shifts. Never thought I would face such allegations. Do not join them
