Good starting pay, easy work once you learn it. Great surgery benefit that pays 100% of medical costs, travel, and boarding if needed.

Cons

Your pto and sick time are all pooled into one, so if you call in, the time comes out of PTO. No match on 401k contribution

Very good pay and moderately easy work. No heavy lifting and super caring and helpful.

Cons

If there is a lack of glass or product sometimes you may want to use your PTO to go home

Investment in leadership with team members and the pay isn't bad

Cons

Everybody is on workshare there are no orders. The plant manager just put his two week notice in. We'll see if this company can make it through this year through poor leadership and the world's crappiest HR
