Pros
Great line manager who helps and listens. Career change can initiate at any time. Promotion goes in line with responsibilities. Lot of things happening, no boring days.
Cons
Not all parts of the organization are on-board with Agile methodologies. Sometimes too much things happening at the same time. More people needed to share the work.
