Good mission, the work is rewarding. Some coworkers are great. They are trying to change things that make it toxic.
Cons
Toxic! Low pay. Dishonesty, will tell you what you want to hear. They Had an employee survey and they tried to argue about how we felt the entire time. Upper management cares more about money than their employees.
