Pros
Some good clients. Some nice, smart, talented people. Offset by a few bad apples.
Cons
A few key, top people are angry, demeaning and petty. You can be a dedicated, honest, hardworking employee, work a 12-hour day, and then wake up the next morning, log on to Slack at 8:30am, or be in a Zoom meeting and unexpectedly witness yourself get slagged in front of your team or your boss for some detail or imagined transgression.
It's really too bad, because there are good people at the company, and most produce good work, but a few top folks have some personal problems or undiagnosed personality issues that cause them to be angry, frustrated, and denigrate good, hardworking people. It just wastes time and drags the whole team down for the sake of one or two people working out their personal frustrations. Then management acknowledges this issue, but then fails to address the it and actually promotes those same negative people. Advice to candidates: put your energy elsewhere.
